We sent a Zune Original 120 GB CTO to have the screen repaired. We paid for the repair upfront as stated on the Zune Website and the posted repair cost plus shipping. We instead were sent a 16 GB Zune. We didn't want a new one...we wanted ours fixed. They now refuse to repair the one we sent in and will not replace it either. Dec 29, we walked into the hotel for a night stay. The room was $98 a night and we gave the hotel the Chasefreedom card. They submitted it for the authorization and it went through. I signed up for rewards for referrals with ATT. I referred a customer. My referral and I ordered his service on line. His service was turned on 2 days later. I have the nomination date, the registration date but no activation date. I need the activation date to receive my reward. At first iI believed it, then I went alittle further and started to investegate further. What I found out is that this a total scam. I only replaced my dishwasher because it was noisy ~ it worked fine. I replaced it with the Frigidaire 4000 Series with AquaSurge.. supposed to be quiet. HA!! On Wednesday January 20, 2010, I went in to buy three slices of pizza. As far as I knew I had paid the bill for $4.01 and left the pizzeria. I purchased the i765 CD/Radio/DVD player just over one year ago. The CD player no longer works, and after following the company's instructions to "reset" the CD player, it will not play CD's. According to the company I would need to spend a bench fee of $75 plus S&H to get it fixed. That would amount to about $100 - far more than this inferior product is worth. Why does banks in Canada require a credit check to open a basic bank account. I ordered a copy of an instruction manual for an older Singer brand serger. It costs just over $20.00 with shipping and handling. The copy is of such low quality that I'm sending it back. It's useless because the illustrations copied so dark that no detail can be seen.
