I am writing to let Wawanesa know why I am no longer insuring my home under your insurance policy. I never renewed it due to the yearly increase of aproximately $100.00 per year. My son went to the hospital on a sunday for a tetanus shot because family doctors were closed.He had a slight scratch from rusty metal.They seated him in the triage room and talked to him about what he needed. Our contract was for them to lower our home mortgage due to Country Wide charging to much interest and we had not been late or we had not missed a payment. They advised us to miss 6 months of payments so they could re-finance our home. Well they did not do this now our home is in a Short Sell so we don't go in to foreclosure and it still may. Went to dealer this morning for oil change. Was advised I needed rear brakes, pads were down to rotors and rotor was rusted. Refused to have them do the work in that the hit me with a $420.00 brake bill 4 months ago, just for front pads and resurfaced rotors at 14, 000 miles. I was surprised at terms they had changed when I had signed up, and also surprised to see when I called Dish they said they were not affliated with Savology. This company then had Duvera Financial do the monthly billings, which cannot be processed because the bank does not receive the request for payment. Hi, I am going through something similar. I went to rent a video game yesterday at Rogers Plus that I always go to in Victoria BC. I was surprised to find out that I couldn't rent any games or video due to an "unreturned" video game ( Call of Duty 5 ) back in June 2009 and since then it actually has gone to collections. I was surprised because I know I returned it and also that I wasn't notified by Rogers at any point that I had not returned this game. I am going today after work to deal with this. Before vacating, I cleaned every part of the unit before leaving. this is something I do for every rental I have ever had, and have not once lost a security deposit, or have had any funds deducted.
