Dear SirMadam I filled out a booking form with Holiday Cars giving my mastercard details but did not finish the form e.g.submit as the details were wrong dated 13th Jan 2010. I bought into this only to find it does not deliver. I am trying to get my money back to no avail - What can I do to get out of this contract. I have tried their reservation line 5 times - no return calls. The website does not work like it should. Also I find booking on-line will save much more money than booking with them which I have explained to them in a letter but they are not listening to me. Blizzard Fence company came to give us an estimate. I thought their price was a little high, so the salesman offers a$500 Grocery Rebate. We were sceptical, but came to an agreement. The fence was installed and the paperwork followed. Plus there was a $9.95 registration fee which was supposed to be returned with the first rebate. Well No Rebates were received and the owner refuses to make any kind of restitution. He says "well you'll just have to take me to court". (nice guy huh?) Around Oct. 12th, 2009 I ordered a online business CD. It was supposed to be for free with just a $1.97 S&H fee. My debit card was charged the $1.97 and also .04 cent foriegn atm fee. On a U S Airway trip from Mexico last November, I signed up for their frequent flyer program. Subsequently they sent me credit cards. I decided not to use those cards and so never "authorized" them. They took over management of our timeshare last year. We normally pay $700 per year in maintenance for a 2 bedroom condo for one week out of the year. It is a deeded condo that is supposed to have the yearly maintenance raise limited to a very small percent per year. They are trying to push through a special assessment of $964 for upkeep that is supposed to be paid for out of our maintenance.
