I received a call on 1/29/10 from Madison Lott with Transworld Systems Inc. This company had no knowledge of a correct address for me, wanted personal information which I refused to give to them. Mr. Lott (if that is his real name) got extremely rude with me when I informed him I was takin care of the business that he was apparently calling about with the company themselves. I also informed him that when I refused to give him personal information I would be contacting the local authorities. I rented a Hose From Go renter in June Of 2009. July 1st of that same year the Sherrif Came to throw out me and my wife. The reason was because when we rented the home, it was already foreclosed on. We bought this product after finding a flea on our female boxer. We gave the treatment to two of our three boxers and they became sick and threw up during the night. We represent a carrier that has not been paid for services that were successfully executed for Barnwood Logistics. These charges are undisputed by Barnwoood, they just refuse to pay. The shipper was contacted to verify that they paid Barnwood which they did. So it wasn't like they themselves(Barnwood) didn't get paid. Barnwood had agreed in the past to pay the carrier but hasn't, instead they gave my client and us the run around and have wasted many hours of valuable time for both. Attempted to cancel my service with Castle rock Security and was told that I needed to write them a letter 30 days before my contract cancelled. They told me that they had mailed me a letter out 60 days prior, but according to the card is was mailed out on 12/18/09 and my contract ended 1/30/09. Road America refused to pay for a new wheel that was supposedly covered under a wheel insurance policy. They would only pay $50 toward repair of the wheel. The wheel was bent and I was advised that the wheel was unrepairable by 2 highly rated shops. Road America would have required me to ship the wheel to the nearest repair facility (several hundred miles) and any alternate transportation would have been my responsibility. It was cheaper for me to just buy a new wheel as I needed my car.
