I fell into this scam also. I was called by bank asking if this was a fraudlent charge. I received a product assuming it was the free sample that they said you get. Both times I have paid internet downloadable programs and have alway ended up with programs that are corrupt and forget about trying to get a refund or even and live person assistance.
