A representative called to tell me my company's listing is about to expire and that I should cancel or it will be automatically renewed. I was offered a 10% to pay via credit card on the phone. I purchased a female Maltipoo from this source on Dec 6, 2009 for my grandchildren's Christmas gift. At one week of age the pup quit eating, slept alot and began having diahrrea. My family has been taken by at least 5 different companies! You do the work for them and then all of a sudden you can not get paid for 3 weeks. I too have been a victim of this SCAM of a company. They have contracted a calling centre to handle all calls, cancellations, complaints etc. I received my "junk" of a product AFTER the return time window and had to pay nearly $40.00 in Long Distance fees to cancel. I purchased an extended coverage for my Lincoln Aviator. One year in to the contract, I kept getting check engine light on, so took the car at a local Lincoln dealership.
