I did in 2002 have a providian credit card that I owed money on. they came after me and I paid the amount they asked for? I wonder if capitol one and providian are the same, now. I made a mistake on our 2007 taxes, and the IRS said we owed a lot of money (19, 000 or so). We also hadn't paid our 2008 taxes, but didn't owe much for them. IP Associates is a joke. Are you guys even still in business? I haven't been able to get ahold of ANYONE there in over 6 weeks.
