Valve's Steam is very poor. Playing games have many bugs and problems.
The problem is that there is literally no way to get in touch with them once there is a problem. There are NO WAY to resolve billing or technical issues.
There are many people upset about this issue. Simply google "Steam Support" and you see many post by many many people.
There is no phone number or AOL. There is simply a form to fill out. I have filled out 4 questions, both techical and billing and I have not heard back from them.
Not being able to discuss or argue billing issue is immoral and probably illegal.

This child care center / preschool closed due to "weather-related" reasons on February 1st after a snow storm 2 days before. I drove across town and by the center early in the morning and the roads were just fine. Many schools were closed that day because of bussing concerns on secondary and remote roads. However, all primary roads were completely clear and all other businesses were open as usual (at least I wasn't aware of a single business closing that day). I received the service of kinky twists from Ms. Keyshonda Kennedy on January 23rd. At the end of the process she took scissors and trimmed the excess weave from each twist. After a week and a half with them in my hair I decided to wash and condition them to keep my hair healthy. Upon inspecting my twists after washing my hair I noticed that my own natural hair was sticking out weirdly. I immediately untwisted my hair and a 5-6 inch clump had been cut and it fell out. I purchased a brand new laptop and few days later I noticed extremely high noise coming from the DVD unit. I asked for replacement and they said I had to pay shipping charges both ways because I live in Canada.
I sent the faulty unit, and once they received they said it was ok but they will change it anyways!?.
I had to argue with them because they didn't want to use my FedEx account to send it back, but they wanted to charge my credit card.

Last June I accept the proposal of this company. Although after a couple days trying to use the site and the info they told me I could access, I send my cancelation in the proper timming to do it. Until today I'm still waitting for the refund I have the right to receive. It's a shame that such a self nominated fantastic company acts like that. Ongoing problem, the consumer has 21 days to check the goods and return if not in working order... i purchased a split system and paid cash, believing Panasonic was a reputable product, whilst supporting small local business!
Approx. 3 months after purchasing the product and having completed renovations, i decided to install the product, only to find out that the pipes that the gas runs through was damaged, actually they didnt even join up.

After I gave them my home and cell number on line to look into buying a door I was harassed daily by multiple phone calls. Some of the calls were consecutive at home and work. They never left messages and called from various numbers, even one stating "restricted." Finally, I called back and was told that it wasn't their fault...it was the "control center" and I didn't understand! Do not get involved with these people. Craigslist.org under casual encounters is where it started. What seemed like a harmless conversation and what seemed to actually be a real person, which I am pretty sure it was, but most likely not the person you see in the pictures they send you. Last Saturday me and the girls had a "Girls Night Out" and went shopping.
We decided on getting burgers and fries and came upon Red Robin. This was all of our first times eating at this particular chain and decided to try it.
The decor is nice, albeit the atmosphere is very loud. Not a big deal since we are all mom's and are used to an insane amount of noise.

Relax Inn is the worst place to stay at. Their service is the worst, their sheets are even dirty. They have phones in the rooms which don't even work, so why have them in there. I had an emergency that was related to my daughter and i really needed to use the phone, but the phone in my room didn't work. I went down stairs to the front desk and ask to use the phone and the stupid ass manger told me to go to sleep. Simpson Door Company sold me an 1100.00 dollar Wood front door that leaks thru the wood panels like a screen door on a submarine ! ! !! !!
When i quizzed them about this they said, ... ' sand down door, give two coats of polyurethane, and then two coats of marine 'varnish'...yeah right, just like every other door that you spend 1100.00 dollars for .

Cyberlink's software updates can't keep up with newer blu-ray discs. There is no way to contact their customer support even by because the software was bundled and pre-installed by Dell. Dell doesn't know how to fix it. So I have a $3, 000 computer that can play a blu-ray movie and can't get any support. I am very angry and unhappy that this company have take over the way after school and before care programs are run, in addition of being forced to go with this company from 2009 as my childrens school McKinnon Primary now use their admin service rather than their own as it was previously. This company increrased fees with supplying less services eg holiday programs no breakfast or lunch, and also enforce a 7 day cancellation policy for permanent bookings.
