Our previous mortgage lender (Taylor, Bean, Whittaker) apparently went under and our loan was given to Cenlar. I have purchased glassed from this website (designeroutletboutique.com) and never got the shipment. I had 3 day shipping and its been 11 days since i paid for these glasses. I went all the way to Fiji on my own for a Contiki tour which was cancelled due to bad weather. I was not informed of this and left stranded at the hotel on my own trying to figure out what to do. I tried the trial product and it shotmy blood presure through the roof keeping me in bed for a week. When I called the company to stop any further shipment and to tell them not to charge me for the product they refused. Claiming that the 14 day agreement for the product charge had lapsed. These folks delay the process for no good reason. I had to continue to press them to move forward on my refinance. Ended up with no refinance, because the lender they chose did not honor their own appraisal. They argued the point, then gave up without demanding a second appraisal (paid by the lender or themselves). In the end I was out the appraisal fee. By the end of two months the inquiries they made to my credit report caused my rating to slip and I had to requalify at a higher rate plus points. I tried a product that was supposed to be free with $2.95 shipping. I got charged on my credit card account on 12/17/09 87.77, on 12/20/09 $88.55, on 12/30/09 another $87.77, and again on 12/30/09 $88.55. These were unauthorized charges on my account. I would like to warn anyone interested in a Mattamy home in the Half Moon Bay development in Barrhaven, Ottawa that the quality is something to be aware of. Home Angel Property Management located in Plainfield, IL is managing agent for Linden Woods Condos. All they ever do is raise the monthly association fee and the place is terrible. The building is diryt, always smells like smoke, holes in hallways, damage to carpets and walls, the parking lot is in terrible shape also. The monthly fee is now close to my mortgage and more than my car payment. I can't afford it and have told them that and all they ever do is write complaint letters to me. I didn't open the package because I hadn’t received it yet but I am sure others have already opened it.
