We signed up with the service with 180 Credit Solution in August, 2009 with Sarah Carey. She was very professional and sounded very genuine at the beginning. But we never get any updates from them. We always have to call for updates. Unfortunately the very last time we managed to talk to her was in November 2009. Since then we have not been able to reach her or anyone at the company. I signed up for the Amazon.com store card when making several large purchases. I received a substantial discount and free shipping as a result. I ended up cancelling the card less than three months after signing up for it because of the horrible customer experience offered by GE.
My first payment was due on December 12 - I had to make the minimum payment to honor the no interest for 12 months offer. No problem there.

Every time I used see misbehaving your staff to passengers, it is a very common in railway. Yesterday I missed my train so I asked help your staff how to cancel my e-ticket but I got only rude words from them, then I called your 24X7 customer care fortunately I got answer after 6 times calling. I think Indian railway is going to become worst department in the whole world if we are going to implement this culture. Could you please take some step to rectify this by educating your staff. I recently ordered the collectors addition for the Harry Potter series for a Christmas Present for someone. On December 14th i received the sound track bonus CD in the mail. When the Set did not show up on December the 18 i called the customer service and was told that thee set was delivered by UPS on December 18th, and the status was packeg left at front door.
When I informed to Customer Service Rep. that i would have to wait ten day for them to file a trace with UPS.

The owner of this company (note this is a gutter business) was hired to do a fence repair job for my neighbor. My neighbor asked him to cut up the trees that has fallen on his property during a storm. The first charge was deducted from my checking on Dec.19, 2009 for the amount of 4.59 then onDec.22, 2009 there was another charge of 9.95 and then on Jan.12, 2010 there was another charge of 9.95 taken from my checking account. I placed and order with zkarlo (zkarlo.com) via ebay - the order arrived - it was wrong - they shipped the wrong products though the correct item was clearly pictured on the order form. I immediately contacted the company regarding the mistake - asked them to send the correct item that was still being advertised on ebay. Asked that they ship the correct items immediately so the items I bought to replace the failed shipment could be returned. Thought I had a great relationship with this credit union. Had a visa card, 6000.00 limit. Card almost full but NEVER late with one payment. NEVER. In addition my account there which I maintained for the past 4 years was in good standing. In addition over the past couple of years they increased my credit limit and lowered my interest rates to around 8%. 3 days ago they cancel my credit card. I had the same complaint as the other two people about this cart in the Westfield Mall in San Francisco. I walked out of a store and this girl tries to give me a little "sample" of juice. I was soon roped into a long winded schpeal about skin and Goji berry. She puts some sea salt stuff in my hand and is soon spraying it with water to see how smooth my skin could feel. I'm 42yrs and have had only one composite/filling in my life. Since my visit to this Dental office I use to have all of my real teeth.
I've been in a temporary crown since 10/28/2009, temporary crown number three since 12/9/2009.
The first permanent crown was sent back for lab work to be redone, per the Dentist, lab work was poorly done.
The second permanent crown was sent back for lab work to be redone again, per the Dentist lab work not good.

Today, 2-5-2010, I used a coupon for the 2 meal deal. I used to order the corn-on-the-cob (which was really good) but they no longer offer this. I don't like ANY of the other sides. I purchased a 2008 Acadia new in August 2008.The vehicle was expensive enough but we bought the Cost Guard coverage as well. Now after owning the vehicle for 16 months and only accumulating 16, 500 miles, all of the power windows are scratched because the weather stripping does not do what it is supposed to do; keep the elements ( sand, road salt, etc) out of the window track. Hello i am writing to complain about My Kitchen Rules, i recently watched Episode 2 featuring the Victorian Boys and saw the delicious chocolate cake that they had made and decided to try it myself. It was an utter disaster!! As i believe from the show, contestants only have 3 hours to prepare and cook the dishes that they will be serving for the judges and other contestants so why does the recipe state that u must cook the pears for 4 hours and refrigerate the cake overnight?? Be VERY careful with this company. This company is a subsidiary of a company called Nu Age which sells Resveratrol.
After paying the fee for postage & handling for a one month supply of Resveratrol the Nu Age company gave my credit care info to Live Lean for Life who then charged my $24.95 for who knows what. i have never heard of this company nor have I ordered anything from them.
By the way, the phone operators in the customer care office are all in Indai and the the conversation and communication with them is VERY static, inaudible, hard to decipher so be prepared. read full review »

I prepared my taxes online, I signed into H&R Block with my user name from last year, input my info and was logged off before I could finish, I was frustrated and logged back in with my current email address as my user name, I was charged double, 79.90 was taken out of my checking account on 1/31/10 and again on 2/3/10. They created a second account with my current email address and charged me 2 times. I called customer service and they would not refund one of those payments. This is horrible customer service and I will never again have anything to do with H&R Block. They will not work with you to correct errors. read full review »

I purchase a Straight talk prepaid cell phone back in the fall. I love it. I had unlimited calling, texting & browsing for $45 a month. Just a few weeks ago I added a card on my phone and it has had problems ever since. My texting and calling still work great but I can no longer use my internet.
