I ordered three tickets to watch JLS at the Hammersmith Apollo from this organisation. The money was taken from my credit card, but no tickets have been received. When I tried to contact the organisation, their website is no longer in use. It was operating out of Hungary, although it has an address in Vancouver. I have contacted my credit card company in order to get reimbursement for the £132 taken from my account. Although this happened years ago I thought it is worth a complaint here. One evening my mother opened a new can of dog food to feed the dog and after scooping out a portion she found in the food what seemed to be a small sliver of wood. It was lucky she found it because if the dog swallowed it god knows what would of happened. She cleaned the bit of wood and sent it to the company with a letter saying the dog could of choked on it or worse, and what did they do? only send back a letter of apology and nothing else.
