I was charged $19.95 on my credit card by Shopping Essencials without authorization and when I called them to find out about the charge, they've said that I authorized the charge while accepting a "deal" when I purchased an airline ticket through Travelocity.com. I do remember getting an offer for a $20 discount, which I never got. But I thought it was an offer from Travelocity. In Oct 09 I ordered 2 recliners from Three Bros, Vallejo. After delivery in Dec I found the backings loose and leather puckered. Then I found loose stitching in the seat of one. I had a break down on I95 in Greenwich, CT last week. I called AAA and soon, the tow truck came. The vehicle was towed to Riverside Service in Cos Cob, CT. They were shipped from China and they were obviously taped off a TV station called "Oh!" with the station logo in the lower right hand corner of the screen and popups of coming programming. I ordered and paid for 3 - 45 foot long rolls of EPDM roofing from Flat Roof Solutions. They shipped 35 foot long rolls. They then shipped the balance, promising to deliver on a specific day. The replacement arrived 3 days later than promised. I was then forced to hire someone to do the work I had planned to do myself. Flat Roof Solutions refuses to accept responsibility for the outcome of their errors. They could care less if their mistakes cost me money. My friend had taken their application help services. He paid 36k for 5 apps. After this, Princeton assigned him a couselor who at first kept trying to convince him to apply to colleges where he was not interested. Apparently, the application for those college was shorter and easier. So traffic agents are zero tolerance on box blockers- YES! But they should also realize that they create a problem wherein when they pull over a motorist who blocked the box - they should pull them over to a spot where they will not cause blockage while they issue the ticket. We purchased our Hot Springs hot tub in July 2008 from Garden Spas and Pool LLC, Germantown, TN. There is something wrong with the tub because it continues to trip the separate breaker that it is on (located next to the hot tub).
