My Nokia N95 8GB cellphone went dead set few months ago. I tried changing the batteries (original one) but the battery were also damage. I sent the cellphone to the Axiom Service Center here in Al Ahsa, Saudi Arabia but the told me there was nothing wrong with the unit, just change the battery. I paid the the handling fee without having it repaired. I did change the battery again with the original one but still the same problem occurs.. For the last few months I have been charged on my debit card a fee of $14.95 for some membership I have not enrolled with. Today I checked my account on line and there it was again. I was lucky that a phone number was also posted ( 1-877-498-7283) where before it was not. I called the number and I cancelled the menbership. I could not talk to an operator because the only open from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. Sent some items to Nigeria using this company Nigeria's Cargo Force NGF Ltd. The items were not delivered. On call the company, I received insults from the staff, telling me they we deliver it when ever, and that their van was stuck somewhere in Nigeria call Allhausa. Dish Network has found a way to change the terms of service and increase the cost of their service through receiver charges. I have been a loyal customer for greater than 15 years. During that time I have been satisfied with the service and treated fairly.
