Agency is worse than useless and handles hiring for most of the good jobs in my town. Always posting standing job orders to generate applications when no jobs exist, are never taking applications or even in the office at the start of the normal workday, deduct cost of drug testing, background checks, etc. from workers' first paychecks, make would-be workers reapply every six months to stay active. The owner of all of these businesses is a professional scam artist. He has harmed people all over the US and overseas as well. He not only take people for their money and time but also for their services. He mostly preys on people that have a small nest egg that he can put such a dent in that their are then afraid to spend any money going after him. Flying J Ripon, CA I've been to some poorly managed truckstops before but this one takes the cake. My concern lies with the parking issue. This place allows everyone to park anywhere they please and the employees and manager lack concern as to how drivers are going to get out to deliver their load when blocked completely in. They expressed mailed me 2 Safeway Money Gram orders made out to me (Florence Dove) in the amounts of $980.60 each. Warning, Stay away from this company! I've been dealing with them since Dec 3rd. I ordered a Dyson Vacuum. I was charged within 2 days after placing my order. Never did get a tracking #. I was on hold for over 45 minutes trying to talk to someone about my service contract. My treadmill has needed service several times and each time I call UTS, I wait over 45 minutes on hold before talking to someone. I've spent hours on hold and they are unable to fix my treadmill. In 8/09 I made a major charge on my Juniper Barclays account causing my balance to be right at the credit limit. I planed on paying this down off of the limit line before any finance charges hit my account. However, My cycle close date was changed with notification so when my "finance charges" for the month hit my account it was pushed over the credit limit causing a $39 over the limit fee. They offered me a job which I was very excited to start. I am not over the age of 18 and they said the only way I could have the job would be if I had a checking account. So I told them I would open one and they said great. Before I gave them all of my information I tried to check out the company in the web and could not find a trace of it anywhere but their website. On May 18th, 2009 I logged into my Washington Mutual account online and discovered that $607.98 was stolen from my account. There were two unauthorized ATM withdrawals. Constant harassing telemarket calls from green initiatives, were told over and over not to call this number and were told this # was registered on nat. no call registry. My recent phone bill from AT&T had a $98.99 added amount from Green Initiatives with AT&T as they're third party billing agent to my phone service account. There is an ebay auction site where rfjunkie09 has posted an ad selling 52" LED Hi Def Samsung Flat Screen TV and adding Wholesale list next to the description of the item. We assumed that what the ad says is the price is of a wholesale list. We have been charged 1201.00 dollars and received a piece of paper with a list of websites. This is totally outrageous. I ordered 48 bottle water, with personization names and wedding date. The wedding date was worng. They told me that they would resend it, with the correct date. I don't have them yet. Then I order labels to cover up the first mistake, When I got the labeles in the mail, they were wrong. Now all they are telling me, they are working on it. The street name is Bald or Baldwin. My wife purchased a pizza hut card from the Walgreens in Penn Yan, new York in December of 2009 for 20 dollars. It was a gift to my step father for christmas. I payed these guys hundreds of dollars over three months and didnt' get one lead. Their customer service people where rude when I called about my placement being offline. Even worse after I canceled my account in writing they continued to charge my card. After hours on the phone with the credit card company, and being unable to get ahold of anyone at IP Associates for over a month I had to cancel the card to get the charges to stop.
