We bought a top-of-the-line King Koil latex mattress. It was soooo comfy for the first 30 days or so and then we started to notice obvious sagging, waking up with back pain, etc. We removed all of the bedding to look at the mattress and the sagging was actually visible and looked like the mattress had been folded in half, almost leaving a crease across the middle. I bought the DVD player on 9/19/09 and from the start the remote control only worked when it was less than 1 foot away from the player. They nicely sent me a replacement remote, but upon first use it worked just like the first. I lived with that problem, as my time has been too busy to do otherwise. On 2/7/10 I went to insert a DVD into the player, but with the remote the player would shut on for 2 seconds, then shut off. I tried it manually w/o the remote, same result. Toyota Quality has been sliding way before the recalls. I bought a 2009 Camry hybrid in the fall of 2008 and since day one, I have had problems with the electronic system, the software and the suspension system. I took it back to the dealership several times during the past 12 months and they could never "duplicate" the problems. Why is it that people can't be taught how to drive properly? I see daily older people or even young scared people coming onto and departing a highway, not going the highway speed. You want to know why traffic jams occur? Because 1 person who is exiting decides to go 20 km/h slower while still on the exit. Then people behind need to slow to avoid hitting them and next thing you know tons of cars are going 20 km/h slower. These guys are sleaze. Vocus.com took us for 4000$ which we are currently trying to get back from our credit card company. Vocus insisted that we needed this in order to make a good online reputation. How could I be so gullible? The ad I got from vocus.com was a joke. The Smartcard Machines located at Andheri Station - East, always have one or two strangers using the same. It has been noticed they pose as Railway staff or some authority given to them by the Railways. They try to assist and help passengers when there are long queues, but at the sametime it has been found there is some foul play by these people. I received the car after one and half month on 3rd Feb 2010, but I received VXI model and I have to pay 30000 extra money as well and if I am waitnig for the LXI model then I have to wait another one month. This store has the worst customer service I've seen in 10 years. I bought a laptop that was offered on the website with a package worth $150. They gave it to me without th package saying they can't match the offer and then I came back again to replace it with another laptop since I felt like being deceived and they wanted to charge me a restocking fee for exchange. The manager was very rude. I spent over $4000 over the years on this store but this will be my last time buying from Bestbuy. Please be aware when buying things even within the 14 day period since they'are gonna charge you if you exchange. Very frustrating. read full review »
