I do not know if i would trust a lawyer from this webpage, who knows from where they come from or what side they would be for. I received a message from KMEDIA as a worker for celebs on this site. I purchased a gokart and a atv from this company. 1 day later the atv would not start up again. The gokart while riding it, the left front steering frame just snapped. Called the company got a run around had a warranty but no one will call me back when asked to speak to a manager, I am told there might be one tomorrow but they do not know for sure. Ok no joke, I buy a pair of there lowrider headphones in the mall and after two days the headphones just stop working. I take them back to the mall and the guy says I have to send them back to the company. I enrolled at MTC Truck Driving training to learn and obtain my cdl license to become a truck driver. I was told that they would teach, assist and help obtain the neccasary credentials. I had just bought a PSP and had problems getting an internet connection through my wireless router which is an advertised feature of the system. I shop at several Walgreens averaging at least once a week. I purchased a prepaid Visa to use online, but it the websites would not accept it because it had no expiration date. I attempted to return it to save the $4.95 fee (plus tax) but was told there was nothing they could do. I was referred to a local customer service number, but my call has not been returned. This $5.00 is significant to me. I go to extreme lengths to save $5.00. Somebody in Walgreens should have the authority and desire to take action for customer satisfaction. I purchased an espresso maker and when it arrived the quality was poor so I called to return it. It was only then that I learned they not only charge a restocking fee of 25% but that they won't refund your money. They will only give yo a gift certificate. NO WHERE during the purchasing process did they alert the consumer to this dishonest business practice. Jan 2008 purchased DVD Recorder, it no longer works. I took it into the store where I purchased and they asked if I purchased at their location -- the address was printed at the top of the page! I agreed to a free no obligation trial of smilebrite . To my amazement I found I was regulary being billed for the product from my credit card. I only ever received one sample, then my courier alerted me to the scam when he saw the despatched address. He knew of someone in my village who was also having the problem. This company has been "slamming" me for the last 4 months with a 15.69 charge on my home phone! I have been calling for the last 6 hours and no one will answer the phone. I keep getting a recording saying the office is closed and will reopen during business hours. I am outraged that such FCC rules would allow this type of stealing to occur. The only progress I have made is submitting an online complaint to USBI. The reply email stated it would take up to 5 days to respond. I bought a a6535 HP computer in November 2008 from Costco. After about 10 weeks the fan started to make a loud noise. I called HP and they said if I sent them the computer they would replace the fan and I should have the computer back within about 3 weeks. I use the computer for work so that was not a good plan. Upon agreeing to a public service ad on local radio we received a copy of the intended script for the ad. It was wrong and we called to make the changes. A few weeks later, the ad aired without the changes. All of our company information was aired incorrectly. We received numerous calls from friends and business associates regarding our ad and were confused about the information on the radio.
