Viceroy still has not commited to replacing their defective shingles. For months I waited for their in house investigator who agreed the product had aged prematurely. Then they made me wait more onths for their independent consultant who also stated that their IKO shingles had wwarped prematurely. Then they made me wait many more onths while they deliberated the issue. Now after a year and a half of putting me off with excuses they have not given me a decision. Unified Window Systems, Inc. in NY caused a water leak/damage because they failed to caulk the window they installed. Sept., 2009, I purchased 2 Kenwood Model EW7507EK authomatic thermostat oil filled heaters. I emailed De'Longi's Customer Service on why the heaters do not give off much heat and seem to be in need of more oil and requested to be advised where I can get the heaters serviced. I bought into a package deal with tracphone on getting a tracphone and minutes for a large fee. I have had nothing but problems with the tracphone since I've had it and all they do is give you the runaround and lie to you. The mailbox has not worked right since day one. I contracted with this company to build a 110 ft fence. They failed to show up 4 times without any call or apology. Finally they finished the frame of the fence and disappeared.
