I recieved my phone bill with an added surprise...two collect calls to the tune of 61.76 + taxes. The calls were 3min. and 5 mins. respectively. My wife gave me money to buy myself a Christmas gift. I bought a Remington Titanium electric razor expecting to get the nice, smooth shave the actor on the TV advertisements gets. But instead of getting a nice, smooth shave, mine painfully yanked every hair out by the roots. I couldn't get my refund because I didn't save the original packaging and receipt. I am a frequent PC Richards buyer and bought a very expensive Miele dishwasher. The first one was the wrong dishwasher, not what I ordered, annoying, but they fixed the problem. It is a special machine to deal with hard water build up. It requires special salt to run the machine and they don't carry it in the stores although the salt is a Meile product.
