I used their service to try to find a person i had lost contact with, to clear up a small claims issue. For those of you looking for jobs... Beware of In-Store Solutions. First off, their website is so vague, that even a politician wouldn't know how to respond. (what are you trying to hide?) Without a doubt, HP has the worst customer service to date. Hung up on six times, false promises, and corporate told me the bottom line was that they would not foot the bill (their words) for an ongoing HP laptop connection problem. I am having an absolute nightmare dealing with the company netflights and i would not recommend using them. I had purchased a Malm queen bed frame last year and had to purchase the added metal frame piece and wooden slats that the matress sat on. I had no problems until about 3 months ago when I was getting up from my bed and the one side collapsed in. I was verbaly attacked while filling my vehicle with gas while my 7 year old daughter was in the car waiting. I paid a bill over $500 dollars to Verizon to restore my service and they did, so they said. I am now being told by Golbal Tel that Verizon has a block on my phone. So I call Verizon and spoke to 5 different reps on 3 different days who all swear there is no block. Gobal tel keeps saying there is a block. This is outragious because never company seems to care if my phone is blocked or not.
