Duke energy had my tenant wait all day to get her electric turn on. When he finally got there he broke the glass off of the meter. He went to get new meter. Told tenant he would be back that day. Got bell blackberry phone that did not work. Shipped it back to Bell, never had a phone for a month, still paid 100 dollar bill from Bell even though they had phone. My daughter bought a GHD Hair straightener from ebay - supposedly 'in stock' and in Sydney. After paying for the item through ebay(with paypal) the seller asked her to cancel the payment and they would re-send an invoice for payment.
