This is the second time that Platinmum Services is trying to debit 99.95 from my checking account. The first time on 2-2-2010 I called my bank and filed a fraud complaint stating I never authorized this debit and lo and behold on 218-2010 they debited my account for $99.95 again...I am now going to the bank and I'm going to have to close this account and open up a new one...I can"t believe that nothing can be done to stop this...Now I have to change all my direct deposits etc...What a messPlease look into this and see what can de done...Thank you... Bought 4 units, one for each floor, as stated for square foot coverage. Have more problems with all bugs and/or mice than ever! Never had mice upstairs but do now. I have half of the decking around my cabin in Rhino deck. It does stain and needs cleaning every 6 months or so. In one area the ends of two board warped. But, I tried to purchase more for my back deck. So, you can see I'm not totally dissatisfied with the product. On February 2, 2010 I purchased a HP Pavilion A4316f bundle (included monitor). When I booted it up for the 2nd time, it took 55 minutes to boot. Thereafter it took an average of 20 minutes to boot. After 4 e-mail communications with their support and complying with their requests, I got the boot down to 18 minutes. I contacted Staples where I purchased the system and they told me to bring the tower (computer) in and they would swap it out. I did so and was very pleased with their attentiveness. After my initial purchase in Jan the computer did not boot up properly in which it took 30-40 minutes to boot up and then that was a maybe.
