I have a 4.6 L V-8 in my Mustang GT. The intake manifold cracked causing it to overheat and almost 1300.00 to repair. Ford had a class action judgement regarding this part - however the Ford rep said i had to reoprt the problem almost 3 years ag0. When I called 800-992-2694, I believed I was dealing with Comfort Inns reservation center to make a hotel reservation. I asked for the government rate of $70, but was told the rate was $89. When I checked in at Comfort Inn, I was told the reservation was through Expedia, I said no, I made the reservation thru Comfort Inn. Now I was charged with a $14.30, plus room rate of $89.95. I purchased a Decoro Upholstered Sofa from Decorium, along with a leather recliner chair. After waiting FOUR MONTHS for these items to be made and shipped from China, they arrived. The chair had a flaw in the leather, but Decorium wouldn't do anything about that. Since then, the chair has basically fallen apart - the arm has separated from the chair seat part. I first used Discount Pet Drugs in June 2009. The first two shipments of a prescription medication for my dog arrived without problem. But in early January, I re-ordered and it never arrived. When we first started, I asked that everything be done shall be covered by insurance, and for them to verify and assure such. They have complaints and law suits against them by the Federal Communications COmmission. They have complaints against them filed with the Federal Trade Commission. They have numerous complaints filed against them with the Attorney Generals Office. They change their contracts with customers at their whim without notifying the customer and are cited for improper billing. In June, I bought a Samsung X460-44G laptop for about $1, 300 and it included a 1 year warranty. On December 17th, I submitted my laptop for repair because the keys were malfunctioning. I get a call saying the latch in the back of the laptop was damaged but my warranty would cover the cost to repair the damages, despite my 1 year parts warranty. I checked several times and there was never any virtual cards available, only a notice to check back in 24-72hrs.
