Ventilating fan broke down after less than 2 years ( 3 year warranty). Called Panasonic, expecting it to be replaced (as it was about $100, I didn't expect it to be repaired). I have been charged twice for "Privacy Controls" and I have not been provided with licence number for "Anti-Spyware", thus I am unable to utilise this product. Bought a Samsung Video camera at Changi Airport on 9th Jan. On it's first use by 17th Jan noted poor picture quality on the LCD panel, battery draining out in 20 mins and camera losing focus when shooting. I have received a letter from UBI Payment Services reguarding a $5, 000 check for some contest that I never entered. I too made the mistake of going to Precision Vision in Acton. My progressive bifocals were not made correctly. Everything was distorted, warped and off. I FELL DOWN TRYING TO WALK WITH THEM ON and there was no way I could drive. When I took them to another optician, he informed me one lens was 4 mm off. Unacceptable in my opinion.
