Hearthside Distributors is by far the worst internet company I have ever worked with in ordering equipment. BEWARE of the fine print in their terms and conditions statement. There is no such thing as "consumer is right" with them. All responsibility is on the consumer when ordering parts and equipment. They are never at fault. This company telemarketed my 86-year-old mother within days after the death of her husband, my father. Listen to the customers-when they say there is a problem then ther probally is. It would be nice to get fluent ENGLISH speaking people that wil try to above & beyond there duties to help solve a situation-instead they put you on hold & just keep telling you that are sorry for your inconvenience but basically you are screwed. Never will I go back there. I had a wisdom tooth pulled there. The Dr. gave me a shot, waited 45 seconds, and went to pull. I told him I could still feel everything. Spoke to and met with Monty, a salesman, at Gay Pontiac over the course of two weeks about a car. He said they were willing to come down on the price as the car had been on the lot several months. When I removed the fountain from the box, the light bulb that is attached to the waterfall was broken. Two days later I noticed a small pool of water around the base of the fountain. I listed my timeshare for sale with Century21 Flamingo and my price was too high for the resale market. When I bought at the Resort I was told that the price and value would rise with the market. They failed to tell me that the resale market would also fall with the market. I was forced to use the Resort financing and auto paymet whuch came right out of my checking account. Since purchase this unit has not worked up properly. It repeatedly shuts down and reboots. One day a electrical shorting sound came from the CD/DVD drive and it felt like the unit had shattered. Many times we have seen the blue screen and now after trying one final time to get this lemon to work I have been repeatedly shocked. Call to Toshiba resulted in us being insulted. Very much of a rip off production. Watch their weight limit. I had called for reservations and paid for 4. One child was small but said his last visit to the doctor weighed him at 76 lbs. So i paid for him, too. When we got there, he was just under and they would not let him go. This office misinforms patients and does not return phone calls. The dentist is extremely rude and the quality of the work is inferior. They are selling dentures which do not look like dentures at all - more like Invisalign. Picture this with some white paint put in to make it look like teeth. I am a teacher at Le Cordon Bleu and I am tired of seeing students who cannot read or who cannot succeed at this school continue to get loans. There are students who have repeatedly failed more than 5 times who are still given loans. The tuition is about 38k but some students are up to 58k and struggling through the program. First off their rates increase continually (and only sometimes do they let you know about it). After seeing commercials for the Kodak ESP-3 printer in the fall of 2009 I checked the ink costs and purchased one. I used it very little and at aproximately 4 months of ownership the printer said it was out of color ink. Even though there was black ink left and it had printed fine the last time I used it, the printer locked itself in standby mode.
