My husband and I purchased this mattress on the advice of our son and his wife. They purchased their mattress 2 years before we purchased ours and they have never had an issue with theirs. I contracted with Haul-Bikes on Feb 8th to pick up a '05 H-D Deluxe motorcycle. I confirmed several times their window for pick-up 3rd week of Feb. The company I work for uses the Bottom Line Software. It is a software for service companies. They have extremely bad customer service. Today (3/1/2010), we downloaded an update for our version of the software which we purchased in 2009. The download caused a problem with the software, but when I called to let them know, the only response was "you are one week out of the free tech support, and our update did not cause your problem." I purchased a hard copy of Photoshop Extended CS4 and was unable to load it onto my Windows 7 computer. Adobe admits to having problems with Windows 7 but there is no support for these problems.
