I bought a Rado watch during a cruise...duty free. I was told they were an authorized dealer. I dropped the watch and the stem cracked. I took it in for a repair under the "lifetime" warranty. I took my car for oil leak repair as my car engine use to smoke after driving due to oil leak on 02/27/2010 and was given an estimate of $815 for the repairs.
