I ordered a $50.00 USD PlayStation Network Card through their site and immediately paid $58.95 USD through PayPal. Even though their site claimed I would get the code from the card via email within minutes after payment, a day has passed and I haven't received any communications whatsoever on their behalf. I took my automobile to an auto service center to have repairs done on my transmission which was covered under the warranty plan that I purchased. Fedelis told them that they needed the last 8 oil change reciepts, which has nothing to do with my transmission. The mechanic said that he ran into problems with this company before because they are currently in bankrupty. This company is a big rip off. I have paid over 2000 dollars to this company in the past 12 months and haven't recieved anything from them yet in repairs. They are a total scam. They represent themselves as a company trying to give "free Samples" other than the shipping and handling. I bought a 42 inches Viera plasma TV on December 22 2006 for $1750 and only after three years the TV has stopped working. Bill from AT&T for $13.50 for Directory Assistance calls (includes Fed charges, state taxes). Never made the calls dialing 10-15-15-8000 number. AT&T says they can't help what third party companies do, and they can't stop the customer from using other directory assistance services. I paid £175 for a recording studio experience. At the end of it, I was given a Tesco CD-R CD that wouldn't work on a CD player, only a PC. I contacted the company for a refund. They refused, claiming that the experience was what I'd paid my money for; the CD was simply an ancillary factor. I paid over $500 for a business card design for my design business. I selected the colors, font and background. Phrizbie Design now displays this design on their site with a different designer name. It makes my design generic and they are selling it all over. They also sent my second order of cards with the wrong email address. The web designer, Gillian Riley claimed that she was ill and could not send them again. Her father then emailed me that she had been in an accident and could not send cards.
