Run by people from India, free breakfast wasn't worth even going down too. Car parked next to our truck, with a locked cap, had clothes in the back seat. Beware their "bait and switch" tactics! I purchased a chair for $160 and paid $43 in shipping charges. A few days later I got an email informing me of an additional $85 shipping charge I had to accept to get my chair. That brought the cost of shipping to over $128--nearly as much as the chair! Nowhere in the description of the item or on my final invoice was there mention of an additional shipping fee. Either they made a mistake (and wanted me to pay for it) or this is a hidden fee! Samsung Electric Range FTQ386LWX. Original price $1699 purchased at Sears. The convection fans stopped working within 3 months. Waiting for over 3 weeks for parts that were supposed be a rush order. Now the stove takes 30 minutes to get up to temperature and then fluctuates up to 100 degrees. I used the steam clean feature and small pieces of metal are falling off the oven walls.
