On December 4th 2009, I purchased an Onkyo home theater surround sound receiver from Video Only. I was undecided whether to buy the Panasonic or the Onkyo. The deciding factor was that the Onkyo came with a free iPod dock. Well, the iPod dock was out of stock but I was told that a new shipment was coming in before Christmas and that they would call me as soon as my iPod dock arrived. It is now March, 24th 2010 and I still have not received my iPod dock. I have called many times to ask and have received one excuse after another. Has anyone else not received their "free" iPod dock? We have had a lot of thorny “issues” in our HOA in Kissimmee. The high proportion of foreclosed properties has played havoc on our operating budget and frayed the nerves of a lot of our neighbors. In spite of that, Sentry Management—and particularly our Community Manager Jerry—have plugged along with the everyday business of operating our community. Whilst Traveling in Australia my partner and I hired a hire car on the 10th November 2009 through the internet company holidaycars.com. Holidaycars uses cars from larger companies such as Thrifty, Avis etc depending on availability. In our case Holiday cars had booked us with Thrifty. I purchased 2 jars of antifungal cream & 20 jars of the cream around 12/31/2009 and received my package within 10 days. Then I made another purchase 2/3/2010 and was premise my shipment would be send out in 1 week, which would be around 3/10/20. I have bought and paid for 4 cars at Automatic Auto Finance and am in the process of buying a 5th. I recently paid off the 4th car, but they refused to give me my title saying that I owed them $200 for a GPS tracking system that was not included in my contract. We never agreed to anything with this company, but have received multiple bills with an employees name that hasn't worked there for 3 years. Now we are getting collection notices from A.C.A. recovery. This has happened every year for the last 5 years and it is getting old. I looked at my bank account and noticed I was charged twice in the amount of $14.95. I called UMG Services right away. They told me somebody subscribed while on the internet with my email address. This never happened. What scares me more is how the heck did they get my bank account information. She said I has subscribed and was going to be billed 2 times every month.
