I bought an alarm from Apex. They sold the contract to SAI and then castlerock. By the time I figured it out they said it was too late to cancel the contract and automatically renewed it for another entire year in addition to the origial 3. It has never worked. Everytime i visit Starbucks Egypt ( and am a regular customer), the cashier says e.g. LE 19.75 where I pay LE 20 ! When i asked why, the employee claimed that these are taxes.
