Staff at Seneca Bay apts are harassing me for payment of a water bill. I have explained to them that I have paid this to them but they are either pocketing the money or dont care. I recieved a letter from SPD stating my vehicle factory warranty expired for my BMW. It did. Upon calling them they offered me a 5yr/100, 000 mile warrant for 2800. I felt this was a pretty good deal. They wanted me to lock in and were pushing hard. I said I needed to think about it.
