My complaint concerns the Loan Modification that I've been dealing with BofA and BAC Home Loans since October of 2009 to help me with my Mortgage payments. This is a CNA HHA AC and LVN program. The LVN program only have 3 instructors for 2 day classes and one evening class. They charge us 23000 dollars for a 12 months program.
