Humana has jacked me around ever since I signed up in Mar 2009. I'm constantly on the phone trying to straighten out there mistakes and incompetent billing. I was on the Humana Advantage Plan because it fit my budget and I didn't see doctors very often. This property is mismanaged. The pools have not been cleaned for 2-3 months and the weather is warming up and the kids are swimming in it. yuck. This is a health code violation. I stupidly signed up for this deal, thinking I could record movies and watch them later. Well, yes they have 100's of channels as advertised but most of them are from different countries and either you can't understand them or they are just dumb movies.
