Went through drive thru ordered Medium Iced Cap. Immediately after I left it began to separate. I stirred it tasted it & it was a little sour and very strong on the coffee. I tried tasting it hoping it would taste different as I continued to stir and it continued to separate. Within 10 minutes it was totally separated and very dark. This company www.greatforms.net is located in the United States, and does fraud by charges small amounts to people's credit cards. On my own Visa Statement I saw two charges of 4.75 and 7.75 and it was done on the 8th of Dec and the 8th of Feb, exactly two months apart. I booked a Return Bus Ticket for me with Greyhound from Port Elizabeth to Welkom. An hour and a half into the bus ride the bus broke down and a mechanic could not fix the problem, as the emergency brakes broke. After 3 hours they managed to arrange 3 mini busses to take us to Bloenfontein where another Greyhound bus will be awaiting our arrival. The mini bus was very uncomfortable. These fraudmeisters bill my credit card everymonth and say that I signed up for a "loyalty club"a t $9.95 a month. they did not provide my security code but had my card # and mailing address. They say that they are entitled to it because I did not send written notice of cancellation. I did try to call them but was just waiting on the phone for an hour.
