Bought a Seagate FreeAgent Go external drive for well over $100 last year, and it died for no good reason.
All my personal information is on there. Seagate says their Warranty does not include data recovery -- but an0ther company they own, i365, will help for over $700, minimum!
This has to be a scam.
Why should we pay good money for a shoddy product, and then have to shell out about 10 times as much to recover the data when it fails?

I ordered the Slim in 6 Exercise DVD Program from one of those late night infomercials. The Program was great but at the same time I was charged the $40 for that, I started to see charges from MVQ Travel Member AND BeachBody Vitamins AND Activity Vitamins!
It took about an hour but I did get 3 months of charges back for all of them but MVQ TravelMember was impossible to reach since the 800 number the bank has for them is nothing but a busy signal. I find it very interesting that Natural Wellness Resources responded to the gentlemen's complaint with the usual jargon and did not include a person's name to represent the business. I aslo received a bill from them, called to say I had not placed an order, they would not give me a phone number to contact or a specific web site; I was referred to contact a web site which was not the correct site. I was fortunate to have heard back from a woman who referred me to your site. and stated they were 'bad news".

This company emailed ME saying they got my information from Yahoo hotjobs and thought I would be a perfect fit for their company. I looked their company information up online and saw all of the scam alerts so I emailed them back. I said I knew they were a scam and to leave me alone. In 2007, my husband and I decided we wanted to purchase our first home. We had just had our first child and were tired of renting and the housing was ridiciously priced here so we decided to go with getting some land and a double wide from Clayton Mobile Homes. After ongoing problems with Dish Network, I was going to switch to Directv which purports to have superior programming and customer service. However, I canceled the work order before the installation after several days of dealing with Directv and Direct Star reps. trying to change the installation date. What an eye-opener: I thought Dish Network was bad, but the customer service for Directv is horrendous.

I joined the LOA in Frisco, and of course the recruiting girls are trained to cheat people too; i guess they get commissions to cheat people too.
Within 10 days of joining the gym closed down, no intimation whatsoever.

We went to dinner this restaurant at the W in Hollywood and totally over paid for some mediocre steaks and drinks. After we tried to go to the hotel bar for a drink when we were stopped from entering from the restaurant. Even if you just drooped $100 per person for their sub prime food you still have to go through the torment of trying to get into the bar section by going through their precious door. I finally got through on the phone line after calling constistently for a week, literally, only to be told that my faxed documents had not been recieved. This is crap I have a copy of every fax confirmation sheet. Apparently the office uses the excuse that the document was unclear. If that is the case maybe they need better fax machines. I was told that I may have sent the fax when the system was down. Everytime? I asked if this was something that happened often and was told NO. Since I paid up the upfront fees to visions of the world UK company, and now almost 6 weeks I did not hear anything from them. I would say any time share owner who wants to sell should deal with this company. they have an obselete website to trap people with many promises and they pretend that they are certified by RDO, CRDA and ARDA but they are not. We bought a RCA L32HD31 in October 2008...Yesterday we turned the TV off and later that evening go to turn the TV on nothing happens...Except for a yellow light then it turns green...I am told it is an investor board...I believe that TV's should have more than a year warranty...Is it not sad that TV's that were made with a knob that you have to turn last longer than a brand new TV...I also believe that these companies do timers on purpose to make us the consumers pay even more for them to get richer... read full review »

Two days ago, I recieved a bill from these people. I was immediately suspicious. After reading the complaints on this site, there is NO WAY these con artists are getting one red cent from me. I would assume that since this is bogus I can ignore it. As a matter of fact, I was homeless at the time of this "charge" to my account at Fingerhut, LOL! I paid for a cellphone case from my PayPal account to this company but they never shipped the merchandise.
Every time I called the person and started saying my name she hung up on me!
Finally, I registered a claim with PayPal and I got my money back.

Each time the applicant meet the criteria during the Mortgage lending process, they changed the standard. They also failed to conduct a proper check of employment. This company engaged in a stalling tactic of an African American female's homeloan and ultimately denied the applicant. If you haven't heard about the Skinny Cami you should try it. I found it by chance after bad experiences trying shapers that DON'T FIT. Bad fitting ones don't do any good. Skinny Cami doesn't even have to be hidden as a girdle, and what other people have said about it is TRUE...it's amazing! I have been charged more money than I knew about per gallon of gas, the Gas station has been bought out by another owner and now they are charging more money when using a credit or debit card, with out a notice posted any where when i ask the person he said it just started last week and had i knew about about i would have gone some where else this is not right they should a least post it some where near the gas pumps.

We were charged $ 3.95 for a first charge I guess to see if we would notice the funds were being withdrawn. Then shortly afterwards we were charged $49.95 a month since February for services we didn't ask for or use. When I contacted this company they just kept talking in circles & wouldn't answer any questions that I asked of him. I finally had to have the bank cancel all my credit accounts and issue new ones, which is no easy feat as I'm sure most people know.
