On 1/31/2010 I purchased an ASUS Eee-PC mini laptop computer and was exchanged for having hard-drive issues due to counterfeit software. I was given a new laptop of the same brand. On 04/10/2010 I again returned the exchanged new machine with the same issues showing on the screen that it had counterfeit software in it. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, Arizona Attorney General and the BBB of Tucson, Arizona. This has allowed the site to become a free- for- all in any slander and gossip any person wants to post regardless of the truth involved. Any damage done is hidden behind a veil of secrecy.

They selected the wrong photo and sent it off to the printers. After the poor photo shoot they don't give a shit about customer service. After they get your money, they take it. They say on their website that they offer retouches, but none of this occurs. I just received a letter from SANS Financial wanting to collect 138.55 for products that I did not receive. The letter states that my account was open and they attempted to charge my card but was declined. My credit card company called and told me my card number was stolen. That is the reason my card was cancelled.

I had paid to have lap band placed. Planned for out of state in mexico related to costs. $30, 000 here and $6, 000 there. Any ways the first time I had the procedure the band slipped the very next day and had to have removed. Several thousands of dollars to have removed. THEN they promise to redo the lap band related to the slippage, so went back and immediately after the procedure it slipped. They refused to remove the band unless I paid cash. I have had many Brother MFC machines. They finally came up with a winner (i.e. Toyota). From the first time I used this unit, paper jam after paper jam, after paper jam and there was never any paper jammed. SO...I guess "You can't fix stupid" and I have the dumb machine.

ACS has not been unfriendly to me. The contrary has been my issue. I recently experienced a con job. A friendly worker promised that she had just negotiated a truly income-sensitive payment plan for me and told me to go ahead and send in payments. I got intimidating letters from the lender! When I called back to clear things up, there was NO record of the supposed agreement, NO record of ALL the faxes I'd exchanged back and forth with this girl.
