We signed with Tangerine / Elavon for our credit card transactions. To get us from using Moneris they gave us a 1.61% for all credit card. Five months later they unilaterally increased the rates more than 50%. We have tried to get to rectify the situation since January with no avail. We are planning a legal/criminal claim against this companies. Do not ever sign with them. They will make sign and then ignore you when you have a complain. Sausalito Moving and storage was hired to move my household to Southern California and put everything in storage. When I got everything out of storage all my furniture was broken. All boxes were crushed. Fragile boxes were on the bottom of heavy boxes. I bought 2 electric bikes (a substantial purchase) at Toysrus and the handbrakes never worked correctly. A simple adjustment was needed. Unfortunately I waited 8 days too long to bring this to their attention. I spoke to the manager, I think his name is Mike, at the Watchung, NJ store asking him if they would adjust the brakes (The bike assembler could probably do it in a couple of minutes).
