Our 1-1/2 year old Kenmore washer needs a new transmission. No, we didn't purchase the extended warranty thinking Kenmore was a good brand and would last a number of years. I have repeatedly received calls (daily) on my cell phone tellling me to call a number. No business name is given...just a generic name Richard Silver...which when you google it turns out to very common. Thus no information can be garnered about who is calling about what before you call back. While the easiest thing would be to ignore it, after daily harassment with these calls it is impossible. I was after a power steering pump for my 94 Jeep Wrangler. Called up Jeep Republic, the owner said they had one and to come pick it up. I drove 40 miles round trip.
