I'd like to tell you about my experience with the upgrade of KAV 2010. I uninstalled the 2009 version and attempted to install the new 2010. It said that I had an incompatible program, i.e.; Comodo Firewall. It wouldn't even let me install 2010 unless I first uninstalled Comodo. I filled out the form on their web site for the free prepaid phone. Printed and faxed to the number listed on the form (866-902-5756) along with 8 weeks proof of income. The form had my name, date of birth, address, last 4 digits of my social security number. The pay stubs also had my name and complete social security number. They have the worst business practice I have ever seen. They have almost nothing in stock, it all has to be sent from overseas somewhere.I can't order directly from them but have to purchase thru a third party sales outlet?? Working with (?) a Nationwide Claims adjustor to settle a claim of their Insured whose driver hit and totaled my 1998 Blazer, their driver was at fault. Nationwide used a loss adjust value from CCC International Services that valued the car at $3100, the lowest figure in CCC's research. Lp investments is the THIRD collector coming to collect a debt that has been paid already. I am seeing the way this works now, one company sells their portfolio to another, meanwhile the new company who purchased it tries to make money off of paid debts as much as they can. I was a patient of Dr. Atkins from December 2008- March 2009. She performed Botox injections into my forehead on Jan. 24 2009. I had horrible complications. I have been fraudulently charged $630 thru Farmville/Texas Hold Em on Zynga. I have been on unemployment and am the single mother of two. I have contacted them to no avail. My female dog was taken in to be spayed at the low cost clinic. She was dropped off around 8 am and we were to return around 5 pm to pick her up. When arriving at pickup time we were told the vet needed to speak to us. They told us she was the last patient of the day and during the procedure they accidentally lacerated her spleen but after a while they were able to stop the bleeding and stitch it up. There are a myriad of complaints against Discover Enterprises, Inc. on this site, and ALL of them are similar to my experience. I received a marketing call from them. They somehow already had my credit card information. They promised a $200 gas card. Then, they told me of a trial for coupons that would offer savings off of lots of daily purchases. My complaint is the FALSE ADVERTISING done in the Walgreens flyer for the week of 4-19 -to-4-24-10.
