Pet Land of Orlando in Semoran is one of the worst pet shops. I decided to get a pug for my me and my niece since I have one in Puerto Rico and I love PUGS. I have a 2009 Honda Civic with 13, 000 miles that has totally bald tires. The dealership acknowledges that the tires are defective but want to charge me $350.00 to replace them. On 10/03/2009, my credit card was charged $160.17 to renew my Panda service for 2 more years. In March, 2010, my Panda quit working. I called Customer Service and they e-mailed some instructions for me to follow to get it working again. It did not start working, but on 3/29/2010, my credit card was charged $101.94.
