Here is my experience at Optical Outlets in the Seminole Town Center Mall in Sanford, Florida. Absolutely horrendous customer service experience (quite possibly the worst I've ever had). I bought my Kia from these people in April 2010. It is May 2010 and my trade has not been payed off. I actually had to make a car payment on the car I traded in. This is the worst gas station I have even been to!!! The employees are rude and they charge fees to use your credit card. After tracking down the owner with the State Comptrollers office I set a letter to the owner Theresa Weber telling her about my recent visit and her response was to attack me and call me names!! She is a very offensive individual. I thought I was doing her a favor in reporting the rude behavior of her employees. Apparently their behavior is indicative of her attutude. My son has been in this academy for 3 years. This year a new staff was hired, the new teachers hired have no love towards the students. They're rude and mean towards the students. Do not use this distributor to purchase any books online. Stay with your well know options. This vendor charges a recurring monthly "membership fee" of $9.95 without full disclosure. They will only cancel if you initiate the call. When you call, they will cancel and only give you credit up to two months back. They then will submit your request to a different department for review. They claim to have sent notice of membership to my inbox. I only saved confirmation of books which were shipped. I have just had my first mail order done. and it has cost me over 2 -1/2 the cost of getting filled at walgreens or any place with a 30 days.
