Purchased 2010 Toyota Corola in November 2009for my disabled ex-wife. Salesman promised a loaner car if car ever needed service - even for an oil change. I purchased a download to update my Garmin Street Pilot on Thursday evening for a trip to Nashville early Friday morning. I was up most of the night trying to get it to work. They have taken thousands of dollars of my money for a loan modification. When I call them I keep getting the runaround. I have received a forclosure notice and after speaking to my lender was told they haven't heard from anyone. I saw previons comlpaints about this company and actually called the florida attorney general's office and was told that they have received a bunch of the same complaints and they were looking into it. They told me it was illegal for them to be charging these fees. I understand that BMTC has of late increased the rates of the volvo daily pass from Rs 75/- to Rs 80/-. But the irony is, this is not put up in any form of a notice on the buses. We went there for some ice cream, it was a very hot weekend. The manger was very rude to us and to the poeple that were waiting for there ice cream. Take took forever to to take my order, he kept telling me to repeat what I was saying. Then one of my sundaes were done and was melting and she started to make someone else order.
