I purchased a HP Pavillion dv9000. It started to have problems within the 1st month by just shutting down at random, the fonts and icons would change size dramatically and finally the screen has gone black permanently. Throughout the whole time HP would not replace what was clearly a malfunctioning unit as I made repeated calls to their pathetic call centre just to keep it barely running. NOW it is out of warranty and they want nothing to do with my pre existing case. HP products are low grade and the way they treat their customer is even lower. On May 4th, 2010 I ordered a coffee black with 2 sugars from Tim Horton, s in St.-Lin laurentides, Quebec. I got my coffee only to discover that while taking the last few sips, there was a substancial amount of coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup, I almost choked on it before spitting it back into the cup. I purchased inks from them since September of 2009 and I have not yet received my items nor my refund! I have called them countless times I they sad they sent out my order but when they tried to track it the tracking number doesn't exist. After 5 months of calling and complaining they said they will reward me a refund. Weeks pass by and I call again they told me its being process. On April 12, 2010, after raising the concrete in our driveway, CRC Concrete left most of their "slurry" on our grass. This company is accredited with BBB and they shouldn't be. They did not take my concerns seriously when I called and complained and waited until I told them I had taken pictures before they did anything about it. I took my dog to this place because I got a coupon for a free exam. When I got there, of course, they told me that there were a million things wrong with my dog and that it would cost a billion dollars to fix it. They advertised a $250 dental cleaning with a **does not include blood work**. Well, the blood work is needed in order to safely put your dog on anesthesia and it costs $100. Fred Bien is so incompetent he's a comedy...only it's NOT funny! He is the most obnoxious, arrogant *** I've ever met. If you'll notice, these people saying good things about him generally have horrible grammar, probably didn't graduate high school, or (as some have admitted) paid a ridiculous amount. Also, Craig Robinson was 2-3 hours late each hearing while NEVER apologizing once. I was offered a work at home job by Chino Postal Place AKA US Mail Forwarding, the job was a Courier Position, they would ship packages to my home, and I would replace the the Invoice and Shipping Label with one they would download to me. I spent yesterday, 5/3/10 / waiting for the installers to come and put in my carpeting. After many phone calls to the company they finally showed up and worked until 8:30 in the evening. I would never deal with them again in the future. The salesman was rude and hung up on me when I was explaining my complaint. The installers did a good job but much too late. Roaming charges in the excess of thousands of dollars accrued. Disputed with reps and no change made. Account was sold to Professional Collection Consultants and they opened a civil case and claimed to personally serve summons, which never happened. In August 2009, our loan was transferred from Taylor Bean & Whitaker to Cenlar, then to Ocwen in Nov. 2009. Some checks might not be processed on time due to the transferring process. For example, our loan was transferred to Ocwen on 11/16, but the payment was due on 11/16.
