Provided terrible legal representation. Manipulated situations to maximize her billing fees. Never filed one legal document in the case, acted more like a broker, yet managed to run up a big fee. I have tried Casting Creme Gloss for the first time, and although the colour is good the process of mixing the tube and bottle proved difficult. I have coloured my hair for the past 15 years and never experienced any difficulty with any other product before. The tube wouldn’t squeeze in the bottle hence the dye all over my sleeve and bathroom cupboard. I found it too much like hard work. Though, the result of the colour when final done is very good. I've never come close to using all my minutes, but I frequently get messages telling me I'm out of minutes, even though my 30 days are not expired and their website indicates I have hours left in my account.
