They have deducted a $20.00 ATM withdrawal from my account that I did not withdraw and they claim it will take them a week or longer to "investigate." The Auto parts and services Supervisor "Craig" is confrontational towards customers. I witnessed him raising his voice a a customer and refusing to help and told him to leave the store. Company will call you and tell you they were referred to you by Microsoft and that Microsoft notified them that you have malware and viruses. They then proceed to tell you that you need to download their software and install it. They only have your name and number but have no other information. I was VERY clear I wanted to try one order and one order only. They still enrolled me in auto delivery for 90 day supplies at a time for a muriad of products. The products made me break out. Now I am told that I needed to call in (2) two times in order to stop receiving their product line. I sent it back and never saw a credit on my bill 5 weeks later. I always bought Sears Easy Living paint and bragged about it to everyone. I recently bought ceiling paint, wall paint and semi-gloss for woodwork. The wall paint was fine. However, the ceiling paint was thick like paste and took a whole gallon to cover an approximately 12 x 15 ceiling. The semi-gloss did not shine at all.
