I have been dealing with an insurance claim from zc sterling, for 8 months now. The issue at hand is sinkholes on property. They turned the claim saying the people they sent to inspect found no activity, second claimed turned down via letter from them stating that the claim was denied due to them not having the money to pay the claim, so I hired an adjuster, who then hide a company to REALLY inspect the property with equipment, and sure enough found a few sinkholes. now they are willing to pay about half the amount of claim. I do not recommend eating at this restaurant. I got food poisoning from bacon that had apparently been sitting out too long and not kept at the proper temp. Also I witnessed the waitresses and cook staff smoking and then returning and NOT washing their hands before serving customers! eeww. do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. I just hung up the phone from ERC, who called asked for my husbands ex-wife, when I asked them to identify themselves they would not do it. I asked them how they got our information when looking for her. I went ahead and gave them her home address, phone numbers and asked them to please remove us from their data base. I was pretty annoyed with the fact that they could somehow get our personal information on this woman, yet not give me any information when I asked. Seems like Sonys quality is going down hill. I have had a camera for just under 2 years for which i paid a 400 dollar premium over Canon and JVC . With less than 100 hours of recording this camera has autofocus issues and is not able to focus on anything. I have had other sony products for years and they go on and on but recently just like toyota the japanese company quality seems to be deteroriating. They charged a 19 year old $445.95 to fix a small break of a 3/4" pvc pipe. They charged $150 to show up and another $295.95 to fix it. When I spoke to the manager he said he was ok with this because the kid approved it and he is an adult. He also said there is nothing I can do about it. Comcast bills customers in advance. For instance my current bill is for the billing period 05/12/2010 to 06/11/2010 and is due 05/22/2010. I hired this company to videotape my wedding. They took my payment in full in advance of the event. The videographer showed up and shot the footage. A month later, having heard nothing from the company, I started calling. The only person who will assist after your event is "Jeremy" who NEVER RETURNS PHONE CALLS. NO ONE EVER RETURNS PHONE CALLS.
