After just 2 years my 2008 Dell PC is shot. Both the hard drive and the motherboard had to be replaced. Even though I have an extended warranty it was a battle for it to be honored. Replacement parts were older parts from 2005. Now just hours since everything has been installed I now have a computer that loads like I'm using dial up and picture quality is terrible. Everything is fuzzy. Also discovered that both USB ports are no longer functioning. Now another battle will begin. I will NEVER purchase a Dell product again! I'm an owner of a Honda CRV 1997... As with everyone who has complained, throw my experience in here, too. One back wheel brake squeak turned into both front and back wheel brake repair and 850 dollars later... never ever go there again...next time it'll be the dealer or the neighborhood Honda mechanic. On top of an overpriced repair, the parts used looked...well, used!...rusty and got rustier soon after they were installed...(suspect cheap foreign parts) If anyone reads this before you go, there are better options...the dealership or Hondatechs in Duluth, Ga. I bought a GE washer from Sears in spring of 2008. AFter I had it for 7 months, I was running a load at night, and when I walked into the kitchen area where my washer was running, I came upon a flood in my kitchen. I called to find out why it was not returned. the guy told me since it has past 30 days, they were going to refund the purchase price and the taxes on it. he said that we would recieve the refund on a card in 15 days. that time came and gone. now kmart is refusing to send the refund. The marketing company was located in Brantford, Ontario. When I did a reverse search on the address it was listed to a person not even listed on my so called reward letter. Thanks to Mortgage Relief i was able to keep my home ! I was paying my mortgage to Citi Mortgage, at an interest rate of 5.7%. My monthly payment was over $1500! Mortgage Relief was able to negotiate them down to a payment of $952.53. They were able to save me $567.36 a month ! I do not know what i would have done if it were not for Mortgage Relief. I brought my mother's car to Greulich's for an oil change. At this time, I was told there was a coolant leak, although my mother stated she never had to add coolant the last 6 months. To be safe, we told them to make the minor repairs, which would take about 1 hour. The charges were over $1000. I didn't want my mother getting stranded anywhere, so I approved the work. When I asked my friends about what they thought it would cost, all replied about $300-$400. I contacted their Customer Service department to discuss this high cost of repair. I purchased a male Boxer puppy from Cedar Creek Kennels on May12. The pup was 9 wks old when we picked him up. That was Wednesday and we had to put the pup to sleep on Sunday morning, 4 days later. We had our dogs covered by 24PetWatch Pet insurance. Don't bother wasting your money with this company. We've had nothing but problems with this company. They will not pay claims. Every time we've made a claim, they either say they can't pay until they receive the dog's full medical history or that they never received the claim. We bought one of their 2-story homes and it was to be placed on top of what was to be a custom designed ground floor garage. We had a payment agreement for 148.00 for the 22nd of April where we would call and give them our banks info, they admittedly made a mistake and billed 256.00 to our credit card.
