This restaurant is illegally making customers pay a 15% gratuity. Nothing is documented in their business to these terms. Also it has been witnessed that they are irrate towards Afro-Americans if their gratuity isn't left. A waitress had a shouting match with a customer. Unit began to disconnect all incoming calls placed to cell Bluetooth connection. Repeated calls and replacement did not resolve the problem. Supplier would not take the item for return as unit purchase date had passed 30 days. Panasonic would make no effort to take the unit back, refund purchase, or offer credit. We have an extended warranty on our minivan which covers ALL major problems. Well 6 months after purchasing the minivan, the TRANSMISSION died. The service department at Gateway Motors is supposed to be putting in a used transmission because that is what the warranty will cover. Our deductible is $100. The service technicians are so incompetent that it took them 5 HOURs longer than the time alotted by STATE REGULATIONS. Now they want more than $500 for our minivan!!!
