After using them for 6 years, suddenly they say I am on a Code 4 list because I am receiving too much money from too many different people. In fact - one of their customer service reps slandered my Professional business stating I had customers complain that I received money but never delivered PRODUCT!! A total LIE
I spoke with 4 people at M.G wanting an explanation. All 4 of them said they had no reason why one of their own would be saying these things about me. Even after mycustomer insisted they release the funds - they refused and refunded his money. I will never use Money Gram Again. read full review »

NMR employs this disgusting, dirty old man as their CFO, and he is nothing but a walking pile of filth. He makes the most inappropriate sexual remarks towards the female employees that work there. The worst part is, nothing gets done about it. "Tell your supervisorthey say", but he IS a supervisor. And the owner does not seem to care one bit about it. I had the engine on my car go kapootz, took it to a mom and pop shop where I thought I would be treated fairly, I did not expect any discounts, but I thought I would be dealt with honestly. Well well well. They replaced the engine with a bad one that leaks oil onto the exhaust system and burn just as much through combustion. This afternoon at approximatley 4:00, my husband was broken down with his truck on Sunrise Hwy. in Patchogue, NY. This highway is extremely busy and hazardous especially during comuter hours. He called AAA and told them the problem and they said some would call him back within 1/2 hour and gave him a reference #. Nobody called. An hour later my husband called with the ref# and the guy said his truck was "broken" and he couldn't come. Long story short, nobody came. Shipping from this company is ridiculously expensive and the product never arrives on time. I submitted an order in good faith for over $200.00, and payed in full, in good faith on April 2, 2010, the order did not reach me until May 27th. I have given them several chances, ordering 4 times, only one order has arrived within 30 days. The company makes you pay 29.99 for express shipping which is supposed to reach you in 10-18 days, not one order has arrived in a timely fashion. Customer service rep. called me on April 6th, 2010. She offered me International long distance call to Banglaadesh for 2.99 cents per minute; no connection fee, no activation charge, no rounding. I had to pay deposit of $38.95, which I will get back when I won't have their service anymore. But when I received the first bill, I saw they charged more than they supposed to do. Now I want to cancell the service and want my deposit back. But they said, it's not deposit, it's activation fee(which is a lie).They refused to give my money back. read full review »

Wow! What can I say about this people, I am going to start to say that they are very incompetent, listening skills defiantly are an issue. I have a car loan with them for 15 months now, I have never been behind with my payments and sometimes you have hardship that are unexpected. They were great during the demo period and then purchased their Webinar service for $75/month. When we wanted to schedule the live webinar, we had a lot of issues. We recorded the webinar and DimDim was supposed to send us the link with the recording. The Webinar was on May 18th 2010. Its May 27th and we still don't have the link, i have emailed them 3 times and a colleague of mine emailed them twice but haven't heard from them.

I purchased a Gateway MX6956 computer on 11/28/2006 from Best Buy #302 Skokie, ILL. The unit worked without any problems until August 2007 when the Sprint Mobile Broadband PCMCIA card failed to power up. However, the same PCMCIA card as well as the Sprint Mobile Broadband service do work in my Toshiba notebook computer. I am a skeptic about EVERYTHING! I called about a craigslist posting. Some ghetto guy answered, and was trying to run my credit card. I told him I was going to have to check on some things to verify information about the company. He got really rude (probably because he knew I wouldn't be calling back) and hung up on me. We had water damage due to our frig leaking. The repair guy showed up quickly and proceeded to saw out out hardwood floor, tear out all the trim before even stating what the extent of the damage was. He was in such a hurry to tear things out I ran out and stopped him. I asked him after he had ruined 1/2 the flooring (which is the real hardwood not the fake stuff and very expensive) what he was going to do and if all this was necessary. Received a sofa on 5/24/2010 that was ordered as part of a warranty claim exchange from December 2009. It was supposed to be brand new. Upon delivery, delivery person explained it was not delivered in wrapping because they wanted to inspect it first. All seemed ok at first. The next morning I turned over the large seating cushion to discover that the item was stained and various light colored markings idicating this is not a factory new item. I bought on line samples of teeth whitening. Paid the shipping for the two samples they advertised needed to be used together for maximum results. Stated that you had to cancel within 10 days or your account will be charged. One product I never received confirmation the order took. Do not buy from these Con Artist. Sent the wrong grille, agreed to send another one once I retured the wrong one. Sent it back and after waiting and filing a complaint with PayPal they finally refunded my money instead of sending the correct grille. These people cannot be trusted. 1. Ordered the non-stick cookware. They advised me to allow 6-8 wks for shipping. I called today and spoke with John tech#17. I told him its two days past the eight week mark and i still have no product. This order was placed and confirmed on 3/24/10. He told me to allow it another few days. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he told me he was a supervisor. I didnt believe it but let it go.

Several times I have brought vehicles to Haglin Automotive for repair. Many times the vehicles have to be returned for work either caused by what I thought to be their incompetence in missing or breaking something. Somethings they have charged and sometimes they haven't. Recently I discovered that they had done a part job on my a/c. The rear air doesn't work. Now I wonder if it is BAIT & SWITCH. Be warned about Bank of America Mortgage Practices!! Bank of America has committed mortgage fraud in our home loan contract by changing the status of our loan type and structure of the loan, by adding PMI, "AFTER" the closing, and without notification that they were changing our loan within thier system!! And they most certainly have done this to hundreds, if not thousands of others throughout 2008 & 2009. AARP & Hartford are advertising that they offer the cheapest insurance. I have 2 cars insured with liberty Mutual and my annual cost is $2100.00. The quote from the Hartford was $4100.00.
