The way i got it all back and what they won't tell you is that all you have to do is call your Bank our your credit card company and ask to speak with the fraud department. I opened a money market Bank account last summer for my two children. I was told there was no minimum amount to open and keep it. I have been slowing adding to that account, and never withdrawing from it. All of a sudden, both accounts got charged $10 because of "low balance". Well, now it is even lower isn't it??
